• Supports process improvements to ensure timely documentation.
• Follows billing processes to assure maximum reimbursement.
• Works closely with billing and support service groups.
• Makes inquiries to payers via phone, mail, fax or portals for follow-up.
• Reviews denials and discrepancies and takes corrective action.
