Summit Spine and Joint Centers seeks an experienced Medical Billing AR/Denials Lead to guide the billing team, manage accounts receivable, denials, and revenue cycle processes. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and adherence to payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of medical accounts receivable, billing, denial management, or revenue cycle experience.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring others.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.

Responsabilités

• Serve as day-to-day resource and point of contact for AR/denial team.
• Coordinate daily workflows, priorities, and work assignments.
• Monitor productivity and aging AR; identify areas needing attention.
• Provide guidance on complex claims, denials, and appeals.
• Train and coach new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational requirements.
