Job summary

Isaiah House Inc. in Kentucky seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team in a full-time remote telehealth position.

You will provide comprehensive healthcare, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), through virtual visits and coordinate care with our medical and clinical teams. Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current, unrestricted KY APRN license.
National certification in an applicable advanced practice nursing specialty.
Active DEA registration.
Current prescriptive authority in Kentucky.
Experience in primary care, addiction medicine, behavioral health, or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive healthcare services through telehealth, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing medical management.
Assess new admissions to identify medical conditions, withdrawal symptoms, and healthcare needs that may impact recovery.
Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and withdrawal management per protocols.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including prescribing medications and coordinating referrals.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
