Isaiah House seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical Department on a PRN (as-needed) basis in Kentucky. The RN will perform nursing assessments, coordinate treatment, educate clients, and support continuity of care across residential and outpatient services.

The role covers medical intake, medication management, care coordination, and documentation within ECW/KIPU systems. Flexibility for various shifts is essential to meet staffing needs.

Competenze

• Must have an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current, valid Kentucky RN license required.
• CPR certification prior to hire.
• Valid Kentucky driver''s license.
• Ability to adhere to Isaiah House policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Complete client medical evaluations, assessments, and support treatment plans.
• Monitor client health, vital signs, symptoms, and medication needs.
• Assist with medication ordering, administration support, MAT tracking, and injections.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation, chart audits, and medical records.
• Coordinate care with providers, therapists, logistics, families, and emergency contacts.
• Participate in after-hours, on-call rotation as needed.
