Qualifications

• 1+ year in an outbound sales-support, appointment-setting, or customer-facing role.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails.
• Strong CRM proficiency and meticulous logging of outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects and clients surfaced by internal systems.
• Confirm interest and book qualified appointments onto financial strategists’ calendars.
• Keep CRM records current with complete activity logs.
• Follow a consistent outreach cadence across calls, texts, and emails.
• Escalate product or rate questions to licensed financial strategists.
• Maintain high daily outreach activity with professionalism.
