• Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and AI workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Built something from zero to production and cares about client experience.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered agents and tools end-to-end from client problem to production.
• Design and implement LLM integrations, including prompts, function calls, and structured outputs.
• Define evaluation criteria and create test harnesses for AI systems.
• Work with clients to validate AI behavior and iterate toward production quality.
• Collaborate with core engineering to generalize client work into product features.
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor production AI systems for reliability, cost, and performance.
