Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Remote Application Systems Analyst with expertise in FACS ARM software to solve complex business challenges, optimize processes, and support critical application and data infrastructure initiatives.

The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient business solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity with a strong emphasis on data protection and customer

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
• Working knowledge of application security principles and data protection best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated customer-service mindset and ability to build productive working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues for users and clients.
• Manage user accounts, access, and security permissions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
• Analyze system performance and implement fixes.
• Document processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
• Coordinate the processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of information systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Monitor system access points and report security risks or compliance concerns.
• Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and partners; deliver customer service.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure timely completion.
• Provide training to new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

Requirements

• Must reside in: AZ, FL, GA, MO, MS, NC, NE, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace

• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
