Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in the United States seeks an expert Application Systems Analyst to support digital health apps, QA, automation, and production support across the SDLC.

The role partners with business and tech teams to define requirements, develop testing strategies, validate web/mobile/API apps, investigate defects, and ensure reliable releases. Hybrid work with on-call rotation included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years IT or business experience.
• ISTQB, ASQ CSQE or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with QA, automated testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, workflows, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, API, and accessibility testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and regression suites.
• Develop automated tests and CI/CD–based release validation.
• Support releases, incidents, and root-cause analysis across teams.
