What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support and contact for assigned application areas and coordinate all project-related issues
- Consult with various stakeholders, including providers and management, to support workflow and new initiatives
- Analyze business processes and recommend innovative application solutions to improve operations
- Assist in preparing detailed project work plans and status reports
- Lead application integration decisions that impact clinical and business units

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacy, typically obtained through a Degree in Pharmacy or an advanced degree
- Must be licensed to practice Pharmacy in Michigan or a state served by the employer
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health system pharmacy practice
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting healthcare clinical software applications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Beacon Certification preferred
- Experience with performance improvement methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
- Ability to serve as a liaison between end users and implementation staff
- Experience in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities
