You will handle 8–12 daily service calls, maintain clear communication with dispatch, and provide excellent customer service, aiming for first-call completion where possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential appliance repair experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred (required for sealed system repairs).
• Proficiency with multimeters, schematics and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances (Whirlpool, Samsung, LG) for multiple brands.
• Manage 8–12 daily service calls and route optimization from home-based operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain repairs to customers.
