Job summary

Mr. Appliance is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain home appliances for customers in the Brooklyn area. You will be responsible for accurate cost estimates, completing invoices, and providing excellent customer service.

Requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally, and comfort with tablet-based technology. Flexible hours, no weekends, remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency with tablet-based technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install home appliances/equipment.
• Diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payments.
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and equipment is serviced.
• Complete invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports.
• Perform other duties, including cross-training.
