Qualifications

• Seven or more years of hands-on full-stack enterprise-scale experience in software development.
• One or more years of experience building, integrating, and scaling AI solutions.
• Three or more years of experience leading technical teams and mentoring other developers.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable applications using React, Angular, Node.js, and Python.
• Design AI-integrated solutions using Azure OpenAI and RAG architectures.
• Mentor junior and senior developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and proposing new tools.
