Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in application security and secure software practices.
• Proven ability to design or evaluate security architectures for apps.
• Experience with AI-SAST, LLM security concepts, and OWASP risk areas.
• Strong skills in documenting findings and sharing feedback remotely.
• Experience with synthetic security fixtures and deterministic testing approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement small, purpose-built application fixtures with embedded security vulnerabilities or secure solutions.
• Develop deterministic test cases and security-context manifests to assess application security posture.
• Create detailed hidden answer keys to enable AI or scanner evaluation of vulnerable vs. secure code.
• Evaluate and iterate on pipeline methodologies to ensure fixtures are challenging yet realistic for AppSec assessment.
• Document technical insights and methodologies with clear written feedback.
• Collaborate through clear and thorough written and verbal communication to share findings.
• Engage with agent-based security architecture and contribute to pipeline improvement.
