Job summary

Acestack is seeking an experienced Apigee Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain secure, scalable API management solutions using Google Apigee. The role focuses on API development, gateway configuration, and security, collaborating with cloud, DevOps and security teams.

The ideal candidate will design policies, implement CI/CD for proxies, monitor performance, and optimize latency while ensuring governance and documentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Apigee Edge and/or Apigee X.
• Strong API management and gateway architecture knowledge.
• Experience with REST/HTTP protocols and API security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and manage Apigee-based APIs.
• Configure proxies, shared flows, products, and developer apps.
• Implement API security, rate limiting, and QoS policies.
