Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an API Solution Architect with deep Node.js expertise to design, develop, and modernize enterprise-scale API solutions. The role focuses on secure, scalable APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns across cloud-native platforms.

You will lead architecture for RESTful and GraphQL services, ride-along with product and engineering teams, and drive API governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with 5+ years in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Strong hands-on Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Express.js, NestJS, Fastify experience.
• Enterprise-scale API platforms and cloud-native/microservices architecture expertise.
• Experience modernizing legacy apps/APIs with cloud-native approaches.
• Experience with LLM-powered automation and GitHub Copilot workflows.
• Deep understanding of REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and event-driven patterns.
• Security-focused API design: OAuth2, JWT, SSO, rate limiting, encryption.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven integrations.
• Lead agentic API migration factories using chained LLM pipelines with human reviews.
• Create reusable AI-assisted engineering accelerators and Copilot Skills.
• Define API standards and governance for scalable, maintainable APIs.
• Collaborate with product, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into API-led solutions.
• Drive cloud-native API architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Enforce API security, access controls, rate limiting, and observability.
• Oversee API lifecycle: design, docs, versioning, deployment, monitoring.
