Osaic’s Highland Capital Brokerage is seeking an Annuity Case Designer to assist annuity sales teams with case design, illustrations, and submission processes. This full-time role supports financial professionals and aims to grow annuity business in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to evolve toward leadership roles.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Life & Health license preferred; strong communication, Salesforce familiarity, and multi-carrier product experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma or GED with experience considered.
• Life & Health Insurance license preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professionals.
• Experience with illustration software and case design processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support including case design, illustrations, and submissions.
• Review in-force data and optimize policies to generate new sales.
• Respond promptly to service requests and maintain CRM records.
• Educate financial professionals on annuity products, features, and pricing.
