Job summary

The Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an Analytics Modernization Project Coordinator to lead complex, high-visibility data modernization initiatives. You will manage interagency teams, coordinate data migrations, and help shape governance and analytics modernization strategies.

Role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Telework eligible; located in Austin area with regular day shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a college/university with major coursework in business administration, computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Project management/coordination experience within data analytic or IT environments.
• Three years of work experience in health and human services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination of interagency project teams for multiple data modernization projects.
• Coordinates data migration planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Supports roadmaps, governance, and data governance initiatives.
