The Role:

As thefirst Analytics Leadat FlagshipRTL, you’lldefine and buildthe company’s analytics infrastructure, shaping how data drives decisions acrossproduct, engineering, customer success, and sales. This is ahigh-impact rolefor someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the analytics function—design scalable data models, metrics, and dashboards.
Partner withProduct & Data Scienceto validate experiments, analyze trends, and refine forecasting models.
Solve critical business questions (e.g.,How should sales forecasts be aggregated? Are regional sales patterns correlated?).
Developself-serve analytics toolsfor internal teams and customers.
Ensuredata pipelinesare optimized for analytics and reporting.
Definecustomer value metricsand shape how analytics is embedded in the product.

Qualifications:

4-7 yearsin analytics/data science, preferably atstartups or high-growth companies.
Strongstatistical skills(regression, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing).
Expert inSQL, modern data stacks (Snowflake, BigQuery, DBT), and version control (GitHub).
Experience buildingBI dashboards(Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Ability totranslate data insightsfor both technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable in afast-paced, remote-first environment.

Bonus Skills:

Python for advanced analysis/model validation.
Background insupply chain, demand forecasting, or retail production.
