Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an Analytics & Reporting Analyst (Remote) to develop and maintain reimbursement and financial models supporting contracting, pricing strategies, and network initiatives. You will evaluate proposals, perform impact analyses, model scenarios, and forecast financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting.
• Build knowledge of division, business processes and customers.
• Assist in solving a range of problems.
• Assist with possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
• Assist in producing data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights with guidance.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.
• Sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains reimbursement and financial models to support contracting, pricing strategies, network initiatives, and other key business decisions.
• Evaluate contract proposals and reimbursement methodologies.
• Conduct financial impact analyses, scenario modeling, and forecasting.
• Develop reports and analytical tools that provide actionable insights.
