Job summary

The Democratic National Committee's Tech team is seeking an Analytics Engineer to clean, repackage, and build data pipelines that empower Democratic campaigns and progressive causes nationwide. This remote-first role reports to the Analytics Engineering Lead and partners with a Product Manager and data peers.

You'll maintain and optimize ETL processes, ensure data observability, and work with DBT, SQL, Python, and Google BigQuery on a team dedicated to supporting campaigns across the country.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industry experience as an analytics engineer or in a closely related role.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and data modeling for large datasets.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Clean, repackage, and build data pipelines to support campaigns and decision-making.
• Improve data observability, contracts, and tests to ensure reliability at scale.
• Collaborate with product managers and data peers to support analytics needs across the organization.
