Job summary

BaubleBar is seeking an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data foundation that supports reporting and decision-making. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models, working with our data stack including Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and Power BI.

This is an early‑to‑mid‑career, remote role in the United States. The ideal candidate has strong SQL fundamentals, experience with data modeling, and a collaborative mindset to partner with analytics leadership across

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs and aggregations.
• Strong relational data understanding and data modeling concepts.
• 2–4 years in analytics engineering, data analytics, BI or data engineering.
• Experience using Git for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with SQL-based cloud data warehouses or relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient SQL to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Develop staging, dimensional, fact, and reporting data models.
• Translate business requirements into production data models; maintain metadata and documentation.
• Refactor data models as requirements evolve and improve self-service analytics.
