Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Analytics Consultant to join the Data Practice, working with clients across financial services, retail, life sciences, energy and more. You will help define data strategy, develop data products and enable a culture of data-driven decisions.

You will translate business needs into actionable data strategies, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and apply storytelling to influence decisions at all levels of client organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in data analytics, BI, or data-driven project delivery.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role as a consultant or similar.
• Proven experience in data product development including requirements gathering and roadmaps.
• Strong proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker/QlikView).

Responsibilities

• Define and measure business value and ROI across data analytics engagements.
• Contribute to data product development and adoption monitoring.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to establish KPIs and data solutions.
• Document current states and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
• Apply data storytelling and visualization to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data strategies.
• Promote data-driven decision making across client organizations.
• Support business development activities with case studies and content creation.
