Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Analytical Sciences to lead analytical strategy and lifecycle management across the drug substance and drug product portfolio. You will drive alignment with quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and supply chains while guiding external partners and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline; an M.S. with substantial directly relevant experience may be considered.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry leadership in analytical development/sciences.
• Deep expertise in analytical method development, validation, transfer, stability, specs, and impurity control.

Responsabilidades

• Set and lead the analytical direction across the portfolio in a risk-based, phase-appropriate manner.
• Act as the SME for analytical chemistry and pharmaceutical analysis.
• Oversee method development, qualification, validation, transfer, verification, and lifecycle management.
