Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a part-time remote Math Teaching Assistant to support AMC10 students with in-class and after-class activities. You will guide students to develop problem-solving skills and academic potential in a flexible remote setting.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication in English and Chinese, and a passion for education. Compensation includes $30 per hour, with additional non-teaching tasks and bonuses as described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with team and parents.
• Weekend availability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the class proceeding in an orderly fashion, answer questions, and inform parents about absences.
• Remind students to submit and grade homework, and guide them to office hours.
• Provide timely feedback on assignments and student performance for continuous improvement.
• Support the WeCom parent group throughout the term.
• Record video explanations for homework problems.
• Edit textbooks and other learning materials.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field

Master's degree or AMC10 experience preferred
