Elite Travel Group is seeking an All-Inclusive Vacation Travel Specialist (Remote) to help clients research, plan, and book all-inclusive vacations worldwide. You will guide couples, families, and groups toward seamless experiences, from planning to post-booking support.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently within a supportive team. Remote flexibility and ongoing supplier training are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and organized, able to manage client details with accuracy.
• Willingness to complete supplier trainings and destination education.
• Experience with email, online booking tools, and virtual communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend all-inclusive resorts and packages based on client needs and budget.
• Plan and book hotel stays, flights, transfers, and excursions.
• Assist clients with destinations like Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after booking.
• Communicate pricing, deadlines, documents, policies, and itinerary details clearly.
• Stay informed about resort brands, destinations, and promotions.
• Build client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in trainings, supplier webinars, and professional development.
