Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience integrating agents with live tools.
