Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication is required.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distortions or misalignments.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing specific English explanations.
