Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Work on your own schedule from anywhere, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates have strong written English, keen attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when multiple options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and self-management.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely—zoom, replay, and spot issues like distortions or misalignment.
• Write a clear English explanation of the observed issues and provide evidence-based feedback.
