Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to remotely evaluate voice actor CX Agent Voice Cloning outputs. You will review prompts and responses, apply a structured rubric, and provide clear rationales and severity labels to train models effectively.

This role requires strong written reasoning, careful labeling, and the ability to work asynchronously for about 10 hours per week, with payments at $50 per hour as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on voice actor CX Agent Voice Cloning (USA) work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outputs against rubrics and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and pick the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route to the program team for rubric updates.
