Job summary

Paired is seeking a hands-on AI Video Editor to craft high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will translate briefs into engaging content using AI tools and expert editing skills, collaborating with creative strategists on hooks, pacing and messaging.

This is a remote, globally distributed role with flexibility for part-time, freelance, or full-time engagement. Required: 2–4 years in video editing or motion graphics, fluency in French, strong English communication, and a

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content.
Strong portfolio showing social media and performance-focused video content.
Fluent French — written and spoken.
Good English communication for working with an international team.
Fast, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands is a strong plus.
Open to part-time, freelance, or full-time opportunities, depending on scope and mutual fit.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Use AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Kling, and similar tools to create animations and AI visuals.
Turn briefs, scripts, and concepts into high-impact video executions.
Create motion graphics, AI animations, and visual effects.
Repurpose content across platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
Create multiple creative variations for testing and iterate based on data.
