Job summary

Mercor is seeking an AI Data Generalist — Egocentric Video Review for a remote, contract engagement of about two weeks. You will review egocentric video data, annotate boundaries, and ensure consistency across a high volume of short action segments.

Starting Monday morning 17th August (PST), compensation $20–$25 per hour, with emphasis on attention to detail and clear English communication. This role requires quick learning and strict adherence to annotation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and visual comprehension.
• Ability to distinguish closely related actions and moments in video.
• Comfort with structured, repetitive review work while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with video annotation, data labeling, computer vision datasets, or egocentric video.

Responsibilities

• Review egocentric video data and complete structured quality-review tasks.
• Evaluate action segments within videos for accurate start and end boundaries.
• Adjust or flag incorrect boundaries following provided guidelines.
• Maintain consistent judgment across a high volume of short action segments.
• Complete assigned videos within the project timeline.
