Rex.zone is hiring a Remote AI Training Specialist. This full-time role involves creating high-quality training data across NLP and computer vision tasks. Responsibilities include producing labeled datasets, conducting evaluation tasks, and supporting safety labeling in compliance with guidelines. Candidates should have experience in data labeling and strong written English. Competitive hourly compensation is offered at $30 to $50 per hour. This position is fully remote and part of an innovative team focused on AI training pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with data labeling, QA evaluation, RLHF, or LLM evaluation in production/high-throughput environments.
• Strong written English for rubric-based judgment and prompt evaluation.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and/or computer vision annotation.

Responsabilités

• Produce labeled datasets for NLP tasks like named entity recognition and text classification.
• Perform RLHF tasks including preference comparisons and rubric-based ratings.
• Run LLM evaluation and prompt evaluation for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Conduct QA evaluation and audits to improve training data quality.
• Support computer vision annotation when needed.
• Perform content safety labeling aligned to policy.
