Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Cybersecurity Red Team Analyst - Principal to plan and direct adversary emulation efforts, developing tools, tactics, and procedures for active testing of security controls in our environment.

The role partners with threat intelligence, coordinates third-party testing, and mentors Red Team staff while helping design remediation plans across applications and technologies. Remote options are available, with compensation range disclosed.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Cyber Security experience.
• 5-7+ years of Penetration testing/Red team experience.
• Associate's degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test threat actor emulation tools, tactics, and procedures for Red Team engagements.
• Partner with threat intelligence to emulate current threat landscape.
• Coordinate and monitor 3rd-party penetration testing engagements and report results.
• Assist in mentoring Red Team members and developing remediation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support architectural design sessions to ensure controls address threats.
