Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Cybersecurity Red Team Analyst - Principal to plan and direct adversary emulation efforts and lead deployment of tools in the Huntington environment. This role tests security controls, identifies gaps, and helps prioritize risk, while supporting the Red Team manager in capabilities development.

The position requires 7–10+ years in cybersecurity and 5–7+ years in penetration testing/red team work, with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test threat emulation tools, tactics, and procedures for Red Team engagements.
• Coordinate with threat intel to reflect current threat landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate controls and remediate threats.
• Lead 3rd-party penetration testing engagements with clear reporting.
• Coach and develop Red Team members and assist in remediation planning.
