Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Able to explain engineering decisions clearly.
• Experience with backend or full-stack applications and production services.

Responsibilities

• Work on backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and systems projects.
• Review, debug, and explain code across environments.
• Design or evaluate API, database, and deployment solutions.
• Assess tradeoffs around scalability, performance, security, and developer experience.
• Communicate technical reasoning clearly in writing, including alternatives considered.
• Collaborate with the customer team on technical reviews and decisions.
• Adapt to new codebases, frameworks, and requirements.
