• Attention to detail to catch subtle errors in support replies.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for translation and localization tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI chatbot responses for accuracy, brand voice, and helpfulness.
• Simulate customer interactions and create realistic support tickets and dialogues.
• Refine knowledge bases and FAQ articles for clarity and correctness.
• Annotate sentiment to ensure empathetic and professional tone.
• Quality assure outputs against standard support rubrics.
