Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, product management, or related fields.
• Product-minded with ownership of outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with data; familiarity with SQL/Power BI is helpful.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI solutions and dashboards.
• Own end-to-end delivery: problem discovery to release.
• Develop and model data across enterprise platforms.
• Identify and automate manual workflows.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and leadership; maintain HIPAA compliance.
