McDermott Will & Schulte LLP seeks an Applied AI Solutions Analyst to design and build AI-enabled workflows within a leading global law firm. You will transform requirements into AI-enabled capabilities and work across legal and business teams.

You will partner with attorneys and operations to translate pain points into AI use cases, implement end-to-end AI workflows, and stay ahead of AI trends to keep the firm at the technology frontier.

Formación

• Experience delivering software-based AI solutions and workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering and AI tooling capabilities.
• API integration experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain model behavior to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with attorneys and leaders to surface AI use cases from workflow pain points.
• Design and build AI solutions using state-of-the-art foundations for tools and document automation.
• Orchestrate agentic workflows via integration frameworks and APIs.
• Use prompting to engineer bespoke applications with high-quality output.
• Integrate AI solutions with M365, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Document Management.
• Run iterative feedback loops with stakeholders and maintain clear delivery documentation.
• Monitor LLM landscape and bring actionable AI innovations back to the team.
