Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator in a flexible contractor role. You will curate cutting-edge code examples primarily in Rust and other languages, evaluating AI-generated code for performance and reliability while collaborating with researchers and cross-functional teams.

The position supports 10–40 hours per week for a 1-month engagement, with potential extensions based on performance. Candidates must be based in the United States, Canada, or WEU countries.

Qualifications

3+ years software engineering experience.
Experience building full-stack applications and deploying production-grade software.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality/review.

Responsibilities

Curate code examples and build solutions for AI model training.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams on AI-driven coding solutions.
Build verification agents to assess code quality and identify error patterns.
Contribute to prototyping, architecture, APIs, and production rollout plans.
