Job summary

Turing is a San Francisco-based organization accelerating frontier AI research and partnering with global enterprises to deploy AI systems. We seek a Software Engineering Evaluator to create high-quality datasets, curate code examples, and refine AI-generated code across languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building full-stack apps and deploying production-grade software.
• Strong understanding of architecture, design, debugging, and code reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples and build solutions across Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven coding solutions.
• Design verification mechanisms to automatically verify software engineering tasks.
• Build agents to verify code quality and identify error patterns.
