Akira Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications that incorporate AI technologies.

The role requires hands-on expertise integrating AI services like OpenAI into secure, cloud-native systems. The ideal candidate prototype AI-enabled solutions, turning them into production-ready apps while working across the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, SE, or related field.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI) into production apps.
• Strong Go and Python proficiency; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable apps using Go and Python.
• Integrate AI capabilities and OpenAI into production workflows.
• Prototype AI solutions and move prototypes to production.
• Build APIs, microservices, and databases for AI-enabled applications.
• Apply cloud-native practices with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ensure performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in reviews and improve engineering standards.
• Stay updated on AI technologies and best practices.
