Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking an AI Developer Security Scanning specialist to design and operate an LLM-based code vulnerability detection capability on AWS Bedrock. This remote, full-time role expects about 40 hours/week across a rotating 24/7 schedule.

You will build evaluation harnesses, scanning pipelines integrated with GitHub and Jenkins, deployed to ECS and provisioned through Terraform, and deliver telemetry to Splunk with dashboards and alerts for health and throughput.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related engineering experience.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock or equivalent hosted LLM platforms.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code best practices and Terraform modules.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins, integrated with GitHub.
• Familiarity with application security concepts, SAST/SCA tooling behavior.
• Able to communicate technical status, risks, and blockers clearly in writing and verbally.
• Willingness and availability to work an assigned shift within a rotating 24/7 schedule.
• Able to work independently during off-hours shifts with limited supervision.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate an LLM-based code vulnerability scanner on AWS Bedrock.
• Build and maintain an evaluation harness for scanner quality.
• Create scanning pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins deployed to ECS via Terraform.
• Deliver telemetry to Splunk with dashboards and alerts for scanner health, coverage, and throughput.
• Apply software engineering best practices in design and implementation.
• Design at Story and Feature level within the existing architecture.
• Develop and maintain standards, runbooks, and guidelines for security operations.
• Provide ongoing patching and defect resolution post go-live.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule (avg 40 hours/week).
• Monitor scanner health and pipeline execution; perform shift handoffs.
• Maintain controls and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Understand virtualization/containerization technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
