Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an AI Security Penetration Tester to probe AI-powered applications and infrastructure. This fully remote, hourly contract role involves attacking systems to uncover vulnerabilities before bad actors do, with 10–40 hours per week commitment.

You will test AI/ML pipelines, web apps, networks, and APIs, reporting findings clearly with remediation guidance. OTher qualifications include OWASP/ATT&CK knowledge and tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in offensive security methodologies (OWASP, PTES, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Experience with penetration testing across web, API, and infrastructure.
• Ability to document findings in clear, actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration tests against AI-powered apps, APIs, and infra.
• Identify weaknesses in AI/ML pipelines and prompt injection vectors.
• Perform security assessments using standard tools and methodologies.
• Simulate real-world attack scenarios from recon to exploitation.
• Document findings with severity, evidence, and remediation guidance.
• Evaluate AI-specific attack surfaces including adversarial inputs and data exfiltration.
