GuidePoint Security is seeking an AI Security Engineer to join the North Central AI Security Practice. You will design, implement, secure, and manage generative AI security solutions across enterprise environments, including governance assessments, LLM testing, shadow AI discovery, and secure architecture reviews.

You will collaborate with AppSec, Cloud Security, and IAM teams, delivering client-facing artifacts and helping shape the practice's roadmap while staying ahead of evolving AI security

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of security engineering with a focus on cloud security and/or application security.
• Hands-on experience implementing, managing, securing, and supporting agentic AI solutions in an enterprise context, including Anthropic Claude (Enterprise, Desktop, Cowork, Code), OpenAI (ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, API), or Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, LLMs, context engineering, agentic tool usage, and AI/ML principles.
• Operational experience with agentic coding assistants such as Claude Code, Open Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Knowledge of AI security challenges including prompt injection, data poisoning, supply chain security, model extraction, excessive agency, and privilege escalation.
• Ability to produce professional client-facing deliverables including assessment reports, findings registers, control matrices, and reference architecture documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Openness to emerging technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• AI Security Architecture & Assessment: conduct secure configuration reviews and security assessments of enterprise AI platforms against control domains.
• Threat Modeling for AI Systems: lead threat modeling exercises for AI workloads addressing prompt injection, data poisoning, and data movement risks.
• AI Coding Tool & Development Environment Security: assess coding tools and environments for sandboxing, secrets access, and CI/CD security.
• Secure AI Integration Guidance: advise clients on safely integrating SaaS AI services and APIs into applications.
• Data Security & Privacy Controls: evaluate controls for data ingestion, RAG architectures, and vector databases to prevent exposure.
• Shadow AI Discovery: inventory unsanctioned AI tool usage and assess data exposure risks across client environments.
• Security Controls & Guardrails Evaluation: evaluate IAM, DLP, SIEM, and runtime protections for AI platforms.
• Agentic Workflow Development: design, build, and deploy AI agent workflows and integrations with security tooling.
