Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Security Architect for AI to collaborate with the EIP department leaders and enterprise stakeholders to define security architecture requirements and secure designs for AI solutions across Humana’s business, IT, and security domains. The architect leads high-level design, threat modeling, and security pattern development to align with Humana's priorities and security imperatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ Experience in technical Cybersecurity architecture.
• 1+ Experience in Artificial Intelligence Security.
• 1+ years of experience integrating Cybersecurity technologies with existing technologies.
• Experience implementing Cybersecurity technologies with enterprise-wide impact.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and develop security architecture requirements for AI technology solutions.
• Lead threat modeling, risk analyses, and security assessments of enterprise/EIP infrastructure.
• Develop security requirements for GenAI, model, MCP, and AI integration with Humana systems.
• Ensure security requirements align with EIP security strategy and Humana priorities.
