Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Security Architect for AI to define security architecture for AI solutions across Humana's business and IT landscapes. You will lead architecture design, threat modeling, and security requirements aligned with business priorities, collaborating with EIP leaders and stakeholders.

The role focuses on AI security threats, secure implementation, automated tooling, and ongoing collaboration to strengthen Humana's security posture. Travel to Humana offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical cybersecurity architecture.
• 1+ year in AI security.
• 1+ year integrating cybersecurity tech with existing systems.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity with enterprise-wide impact.
• Committed to improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and develop security architecture requirements and secure designs for AI technology solutions across Humana's domains.
• Lead development of technical architecture, security designs, requirements, and threat modeling; align with business priorities.
• Plan and propose architectural patterns or enhancements for Humana's security architectures; reconcile with EIP strategy.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk analyses, and security assessments for GenAI, MCP, and AI integration with Humana systems.
