Qualifications

• Experience as a CISO or head of security at a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on security of AI/ML systems, including LLM architectures.
• Experience building cloud-native security programs across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with threat modeling and red teaming.
• Track record shipping security products or tooling.
• Product-minded with business implications understanding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute security strategy from the ground up.
• Build security into AI agent systems as a product feature.
• Develop and potentially commercialize security products.
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and adversarial testing.
• Serve as the public face of AI security for the company.
• Deploy and operate security infrastructure hands-on.
