The role focuses on creating rubrics, interpreting complex information, and providing actionable feedback, while collaborating with cross-functional remote teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in scientific, laboratory, research, manufacturing, or quality environments.
• Ability to critically assess scientific figures, experimental results, laboratory documentation, and technical publications.
• Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for complex scientific or technical material.
• Experience reviewing dashboards, charts, and scientific visualizations for accuracy and usefulness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and feedback.
• Relevant expertise in biology, chemistry, physics, laboratory management, research and development, quality science, or manufacturing science is highly valued.
• Comfort working remotely and using digital documentation tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze scientific figures, laboratory reports, experimental results, quality documentation, and technical publications for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Evaluate dashboards, charts, and scientific visualizations, providing feedback on scientific integrity and presentation.
• Create rubrics and evaluation prompts for interpreting complex industry documents and visual data.
• Interpret, summarize, and critically assess complex scientific information for AI training datasets.
• Document observations, identify potential inconsistencies, and recommend improvements to clarity and scientific accuracy.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver thorough, high-quality work.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve processes and the quality of training data.
