You’ll work with ML and full‑stack engineers to build production‑grade safety infrastructure from architecture to monitoring, ensuring robustness, observability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Experience tackling free-tier abuse, fraud detection, or bot development at scale.
• Proficient in Python, distributed systems, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend infrastructure for abuse detection.
• Architect APIs, data pipelines, and moderation workflows.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and SLOs for safety systems.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models.
• Shape the safety roadmap for scalable guardrails.
