Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, explain what’s off, and work remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, identifying issues like artifacts or misalignment, and providing written explanations in English. Eligible applicants from multiple countries can apply, with payments on a weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay/zoom in when something is off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
